Antitrust laws in this country are dead in the water for all practcal purposes! Look at all business's that had such a monopoly that have shaken(or taken down) the economy of this country when they have problems. I do believe antitrust was designed to safe guard the country as a whole from one entity that is large enough to shake a whole country as we have witnessed.
Skipper...I am honestly not sure what companies you are talking about...could you give examples?
I am not sure anyway what anti-trust has to do with the crop production sector of agriculture, its probably the furthest from a monopoly of any industry.
