| As for the net wrap. Yes, make sure the roll pan is shined up. But we have also found that it works better to leave the tensioner loose when starting a new roll. There's a canvas that brings the net wrap up against the belts to start it and that could be wearing out as well..that's why we have to leave our tensioner loose.
We have never used the twine tie feature on ours so I can't help you there..we have 280 and 380 claas. Makes one heck bale and really like them but they are a pain to figure out sometimes. Theres a mechanic from Arnolds in Kimball that seemed to know his stuff about Claas balers, can't remember his name though.
