Subject: Claas round baler issues, need some ideas

east central MN
So I got a "new to me" variant 180 rotocut. Got some grass hay down to try it out and learn the ropes. This one is a net and twine model. It makes a hell of a nice bale but when I had it on new first the rollers couldn't pull it to the bale and once I lifted the tentioner up it pulled wrap but second bale the wrap just wrapped around the rubber roll. The roll tension is in spec and I'm guessing that I need to take some Emory cloth to the metal roll and guide pan plus a little baby powder and some better quality wrap should fix that.

Then I switched it to twine and am totally puzzled. It was stuck in the middle of a tie cycle so the twine guides ran and then reset once I switched it on. I got the twine threaded in and the baler won't give me a light or buzzer when the bale hits the size I have it set for so no auto tie. I tried to tie it manually but it starts to pull twine in and the second clutch (that runs the twine guide) won't start. I know or works because it ran when I started this fun but I can't get it to go now. Ideas? Maybe the auto tie part is a bad sensor switch on the bale gauge but why in the world won't it tie manually? Any advice would be great! TIA!
