Shoal Lake, Manitoba, Canada | Not sure if this is a 2006 machine or not. The new style fuel tank, lower profile, and the screen floor above the tank is a natural trap for chaff and dust. The engine
fan blows the chaff from under the front portion of the floor screen and packs it
under the rear floor screen and against the fuel tank. Most 2006 machines I have looked at not only have this but also have fuel spilled on the chaff.
To me the fire started in this area. |
