Crab apple wars. Throw apples at each other. I think maybe a here thing. Redneck for real. Nwpa.
We did that too. Also rotten apricots.
I remember throwing crab apples at each other (cousins) as we mowed my grandmother's lawn. All fun until one caught me in the side of the head.
Kids still play 4 square at a church camp we go to in the summer.
