western WI | I have a neighbor that works at BuildersFirstsource, formerly Probuild, formerly UBC. She said last night that it is crazy the building demand right now. She also said prices have gone up alot lately for building supplies, and that any current bids for project are only good for 7 days b/c they are changing so fast.. Think about that a bit!
