LoL ! I thought I was witnessing the same argument from your side.
To be clear, I do not object to their management style, that may be commendable. I object to their "aggressive" manner of land rental.
Plowboy ? Don't you have some neighbors that you absolutely will not try to come between them and their landowners ? (I will bet it is most of your neighbors.)
Why not ??? Why are those farmers different than any other farmers ?
