W.C. Mo. | In Mo we have brushy ravines with lots of clay that can hold water. Wells in this area to have any volume would probably be over a 1000 ft deep and have a good chance of having a a high sulfer content which is very corrosive. Another way I look at it is a nice pond(lake) is an asset to the property. We are 35 miles from Kansas City with housing buildup around. Down the road, a large pond will be much more of an asset vs a well. | |
