| US cellular $30 per month with no data. Unlimited calls and texting.
Go to Walmart and they have a good flip phone for $15. Don't go to US cellular as the same phone will cost something like $70. Note that not all walmarts handle us cellular. You might have to call around. You wan't to make sure that you have a provider that has good coverage in your area. Around Galesburg it's us cellular or verizon. Forget any other provider.
Verizon has a $30 plan that includes some data but they don't sell a decent flip phone.
