Central MN | I go to a place in Prescott Wisconsin. Last year we bought a box of bulk fireworks just as you describe. You have to ask the guys that work there as they keep the bulk boxes in the backroom. If I remember correctly, they were about half the price of buying the regular packaged ones. Also, there's a place in Janesville Wis that sells mortar tubes for a couple bucks a peice. They are the good HDPE plastic pipes. Built some wood racks to hold our tubes and we fuse them all together with fuse and zip ties and stand back and watch the show. We have roughly 150 tubes and usually get 10-15 cakes.
