So our neighbor Cenex is out offering fert to our customers at $XXX less then we have it priced.  Is that bad Ethics?  They are out undermining us by stealing our customers!!!  What is different about farming?  You need land and we need customers. Go get some land!!  If you are happy with what you got, fine.  But how can you fault somebody else for going and getting what they want, without being criminal at it?
