Southeast South Dakota | What d you drink? A lot of water? Lot of tea? Energy Drinks? Mountain Dew?
One guy started drinking iced tea instead of Mountain Dew (couple liters/day) - then he started getting kidney stones - went back to drinking Dew
I have had a few.... now when I can feel them kinda acting up I drink a lot of water - definitely helps - end of May seems to be their peak season for me.
A couple nights I would wake up in pain - run down, drink a galss of water and stand and do basically hops or mini jumping jacks for 1/2 hour - then the stones would move/shift/pass and all was good again.
Haven't had one now in a year or two.
By the way, my mom had her first one when she was 89. | |
