Their landlines ain't all that great either.
We can not hook up at anything over 28k on our box at home.
Have had several gurus out and all point at the phone lines which jibes with all the neighbors results as well.
No money in replacing them, all they care about is if they will actually carry a phone signal. And sometimes they can't even do that.
Had cops and ambulances out because lightning caused our phone to call 911. Ay time it rains we can not use the landline.
Verizon lost our business this month. No more landline.
