| Are you saying it is good business sense to be farming say 20,000 acres and get the same net income as someone farming 2000 acres? When you pay that kind of rent,their actual return on investment has to be pretty low as compared to other businesses. Thing is, if they would fail, the person that was put out of business by them, who may have been doing evrything right,is already gone too.
