It may not be what they offer but how/when they offer. Had an operater a while back in this part of our state that liked to drive new stuff but didn't care to pay for it. According to a salesman that they did business with they were so structured that one section of their operation would leave the dealer hanging every year. Who do you think picked up some of that slack. BUT it is just competition---Right????
