Ron (Cen. IL.) - 4/13/2009 23:25 In the "Top Producer" thread below, someone posts that ILFF planted 16,500 acres of corn in '06 and is going to plant 32,000 in '09. Almost double what they planted just 3 years ago. Pretty aggressive. Their website says they're 3/4 done planting in Pike County. I heard the Pike county ground was taken away from another mega farmer (I would guess them as # 1 in Illinois). I'm not sure why anyone from another state is concerned with this subject anyway. A few months ago someone posted some lyrics that went something like: "if you mind your own business, you won't be mindin mine". Guess I should fire up the Search function so I can give that poster the credit he deserves.
