Let me give you an example. Your answer to Rich above and I have seen you several times say "Just build a bin or build more bins". There are a lot of farms around here that have maybe 300 acres of rented ground 30 miles from closest home ground. You willing to put up 50,000bu of storage on ground you have 2 year lease on? I could list a couple more examples but I think you get the idea.
Just trying to illustrate there are different factors that come into play between "here" and "there" that you may not be taking into consideration.
