So how did CIH get patents on the quad track and make them stick when there were a few aftermarket companies making add on tracks for 4 wheel drive tractors in the 80s. To me that’s prior art. The whole process looks fraudulent to me on the outside looking in.
I was under the impression that CaseIH bought omnitrac’s patents for the Quadtrac.
