NC KS | I believe most people are innocent until proven guilty but here goes my version from what i see. Combine was near end of field when fire was discovered. Driver parked on bare ground to save wheat field. Emptied fire extinguisher on engine compartment without making a dent in fire. he wisely got out of there before he inhaled burning plastic (a good reason to park with ass end into wind. He was an employee a long way from anywhere so he got out what mattered to him so he zipped up to the cab and got out his lunch and water to survive the rest of the day. | |
