It is my, and would guess most people's stumbling block in "repent and sin no more". I have a hard time saying the act of contrition as it says "with the help of thy grace to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin". I'm pretty sure I am going to sin again and probably want to in spite of the warning.
