NC North Dakota. 13 miles from Canadian border. First like to preface this by saying I am VERY thankful for the moisture we have gotten, however; it has been far from a drought buster. Ranged from .40 to .80 and very variable. Came in a downpour which washed in canola rows and ran off a lot of hard dry ground. Hopefully we will stay cloudy cause winds are cranking up to 40+ mph.
