| I have come to the realization that as long as you go to a denominalation church you are going to have some one tell you how to worship. The leaders need to be important so they will always change things enough to make it look like they are important.
We left the Methodist church better then 5 years ago to go to a nondenominational church and it was the best move we ever made. They do talk about life moments but they bring them all back to what does the bible teach us about those moments.
It seems to be what the people are hungry for because in 15 years it has grown from zero to over 2000 that consider the church their home. The crazy thing is it is done in an old Methodist church that seats 230. We have 4 services each weekend with an average attendance of around 800.
I hate missing a Sunday.
