Subject: RE: Ams as a water conditioner

We use 10/100, but with out setup we could mix any rate and not plug. All it would take is longer mixing or more fills of the tote. I can dump 250# in the tote, blast the water in the mixer and in the suction sump, agitate for a few minutes and pump back out. Sometimes there is a little left in the bottom to get a second time but I'm never concerned about plugging because I add as water is flushing in.

I fill from a 30k gallon holding tank so the water has a good head of steam to begin with.

We store it 5k at a time in two 2500 gallon tanks. Usually 20 minutes to prep 5k gallons. We pump using re purposed seed tender 2" hoses so that slows things down. If I were convert everything to 3" it would be 4x faster.
