We run the same setup as Cliff. It is very east to see right now who sets a combine and who can't. The neighbor has a NH and his volunteer corn is so bad if it was mine I'd be making a spray pass right now instead of waiting until time to post the beans. We have almost no volunteer corn in our beans. I don't buy the keeping combine full theory. I've shelled 20 bushel corn before and didn't run corn out the back. Just take time to set it.
