Don't have a Deere, but have a raven 440, when I ran of wheel sensors it was sp2, now with GPS input I run SP1 I'm 95% sure.  As far as your booms, if they're not controlled by the monitor, I would put the total width in for boom 1.   It doesn't know you have anything but 1 boom if its not controlling the 2.  If it was controlling I would do 0 for boom 2 and each width for boom 1 and 2.  For mine, the full width of the wings is boom 1 and boom 3, and the center boom is boom 2, but they are run from the raven.
