Ha,Ha,Ha, I am dealing with the same thing up here and I am surviving. I have some of the best landowners a person could ask for and we always seem to work it out.

I think we are in the best business a person could be in and I really don't want to quit either. I can just see what these guys are afraid of when the so called "BTO" moves in, it scares me also.
