Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I have noticed on other electronic devices that sometimes a switch doesn't work this year when it was fine last year. I used to work on Raven 440's quite a bit. On those it was easy to replace a switch but wan't always necessary.
An old trick when a switch didn't seem to be reliable was to flip it ON/OFF several times. Apparently corrosion had gotten built up a bit in the off season. Flipping it ON/OFF several times must have cleaned up the contacts and could bring an old switch back to life. |
