A good friend of mine only makes baleage and just uses a 3 point disc mower... sometimes he’s cutting, raking, and baling in the same day. Personally i’m only making baleage now but i still use conditioning rolls... i just don’t ted my hay anymore... works just fine for me. located in maryland if that makes a difference
