1590's with the zerks on the pivot points will get full of dirt and freeze up if the are not greased often (every 25 hours is not too often). If you let them freeze up they have to be sledge hammered apart and all of the caked up grease and dirt scraped out of them and reassembled. It takes three days to do 51 of them on a 42.5" 10" 1890 (not alot of fun!).
