Subject: Neck/Back Surgery

Has anyone had experience with neck or back surgeries due to a bulging disc? I currently have a problem with my neck and it needs attention. Problem is that it is not bulging enough for it to be considered a herniation to be helped with surgery. I have looked into this place as an option http://www.laserspineinstitute.com/
