Soldiers Grove Wi. 54655 | I don't know if it still stands but it used to be if you lived with a significant other for 7 years or more it was considered the same as marital property... As far as her bringing "nothing" into the marriage or farm operation did she have an off farm job that provided insurance? Did she raise the kids? Clean the house? Cook meals or mend clothing or go shopping for him while he was working? So many unanswered questions.. What's really sad is the destruction of a marriage after so many years... Married for all those years and all the sudden things go south and a divorce comes along? Hint, Something has been going on for a very long time and it's some deep dark secrets that have been well hidden.. No way after years she had "nothing" to do with helping keep things afloat. There is more then blood , sweat and tears that go into that many years and a book is already being written here... Was it their 1st and only marriage? What did he have when they got married? There are gold diggers out there no doubt so which is this? Also when is enough , enough if there is abuse? Take the debt out and the guy still may be sitting better than most farmers around not that it makes a difference.. Also there is always mediation to try first.... Sad but this is the real world~
