I don’t know what ground sells for in Michigan but let’s say $5000 a acre, so that’s 3.5 million, add another half million for machinery so he’s looking at a 2 million pay off. At his age, there would be no way he could ever pay that off if he has to borrow it. He needs a good appraiser and lawyer. Pay her off and move on.
