If your in a divorce it is almost never a waste of money on a lawyer unless neither has one. KB



In this situation, in the state of Michigan if somebody wants to keep the farm, 50% of the value will be paid. There is no arguing about it. The lawyer is just going to cost him money. I guess you could hire an attorney to argue the value of everything for you.



Same way here .

Just suck it up and barrow the money .

I’ll be debt free at 62 , just like I was at 47 , lol
