when I worked for a Deere Dealer I did many appraisal for farm equipment. I used the lowest bids from a equipment jokey worked just fine.
As the land did he have some before he married her and how much and he can put some n his kids name or sell to a good friend for low price or put it up for auction, which could take many years if you catch my drift.
