How would this transpired in "real life"?
Dealers selling a gun at a gun show still need to do a background check. You see people walking around with a gun and a price. No check required there. I don't know if an individual can buy a table and sell his personal guns. I doubt it. In the past there were problems with dealers posing as a regular Joe selling his collection. I gotta believe the shows keep a close watch on that kind of thing now.
