North of London | Few pastures left around here and hay fields are harvested a month or so earlier than they used to be and that has led to a reduction ion Bob-o-links.
Used to be lots and now only see the occasional one around.
On the other hand we now have tree swallows that we never remember seeing before.
Found this little nest the other day with one egg in it.
Yesterday it had 2.
Right on the ground beside the barn foundation.
May spot the bird for identification one of these times.
