Growing up Fram was suppose to be the top of the line filters. Uncle owned a Cadillac dealership before getting into farming swore by them. Dad used them in his race cars. They took a a big down turn in the '70s. I wouldn't put them on a peddle tractor, let alone something with a real engine. JMO.
