| It has probably been fifteen years ago but I hired my nephew to run a combine on the custom harvest run when he was only 14. He had strict orders never to drive any truck or even pickup because he was not old enough. He worked for me five years. The last two years he was driving truck and hauling a combine. Even the last year he worked for me he had more experience than any other kid on the crew and was still the youngest one. I trusted him him with anything. | |
