Triple mowers are what the custom guys are going to around here. If we switched to one, which would be nice, we would also have to upgrade our mergers. Right now we can use H&S double 12 mergers which are cheap and work well. We would need to go to a continuous merger or 2. The triple mergers are able to lay out wide and thin rows that dry out fast.
