Well I wanted a swather for cutting our barley we underseed and sometimes wheat too if I get into a mess. I’ve seen alfalfa knee high on wet year. Not thick just enough can’t get flex head through it. So I bought one with disc bine and found Draper head to fit it. My sickle mower was wore out. Talk about upgrade. Also dollar here was par so have no regrets.
I really like I can leave it wide so that was partly plan too.
