North Central Illinois | If you average it out over the whole year, I will bet there's a lot of grain farmers that don't average much over 40 hours a week on work. Restoring old hobby tractors and mowing half a mile of road ditch like a lawn shouldn't be counted in the work category.
Yes, there's a lot of folks working longer hours than others, but I know enough folks who categorize farm related hobbies as work to consider that some of the long hours are exaggerated these days. | |
