Any chance Mr. Banker guy wanting that price is the same one that financed it for that price to the last guy that went broke on it. Mr. Banker guy might have had a previous occupation of farming, but went broke and took a bank job to work his debts off, but is a “very qualified” ag lender due to his previous “experience” in ag.
