SE MI | They're going to ask you to sign a dewatering agreement. We're getting 5' of cover over the pipeline. We told them they were going to be fighting a lot of ground water but they didn't seem concerned because we instslled tile on both sides of the easement. Once they starting moving dirt in November they hit the water table then asked us to sign dewatering agreement to allow them to pump out into the field past their easement. | |
