Interest Rates
SW Indiana
What fixed rates are you seeing for farm land? 15-20 years? what about a 30 year?
I know my operating rate has risen some in the past few years, has real estate followed suit?
15 year on my mortgage is 3.25%, but that has been a few years and not farm ground.
