NC Kansas | We have a super gentle group of 60 angus cows. Only a little crabby after they drop a calf and I think we have one or 2 that are kinda bad apples so to speak, but you'll have that in any breed. I think it's somewhat genetic but mostly how they've been handled or if they are around people a lot that makes them gentle.
If I had one take after me for no reason (fresh calf) she'd get a ride to town next time it was handy.
Nothing wrong with baldies, but if you think it will eliminate that one knot head that will be temperamental, you would be mistaken.
