I would personally remove the tipups and make the auger back to standard length. You have a lot of capacity and weight up there with just the extensions. Advertised close to 350 bu. without the tipups. Coming from your 7720 that will be a big improvement. If you plan on keeping it a long time like the old one I think that would also help longevity to remove the tipups.

Put LED lights in all but the road positions. They are so bright they can really blind other drivers on the road at night. And you can aim the four you put in to really reach out in the field. Put LED’s in the aux lights near the cab entry platform level. Tie the rear corner LED’s into those with a relay and you don’t have to run any wires into the cab.

Should be no problem running the 893. Change reverser oil yearly with good synthetic. Also change the oil in the gearbox behind cab. Run synthetic there also. That box takes all the power to run the threshing and separating. Make sure the big nut stays tight on the elctromagnetic clutch shaft. Grease the slip clutch on the conveyor auger drive shaft (inside right front tire below feederhouse).

If it has the aluminum block on the walker cranks grease them daily!
