central WI | Go with LED lights on all 6 on top of cab, lights up like a stadium at night then, neighbors have said mine looks like a spaceship at night from a mile or so away.
Your going to want a feederhouse fan, I put the GVL one on my 9600, drives off the feederhouse chain on right side, so no hydraulic or electric drive issues, very simple and works great.
I also run 893 with calmer choppers, reverser box doesn't seem to run any hotter then regular head, I do not have the auxiliary cooler, just run a good synthetic oil and change yearly and should be fine.
You will also want the rear facing lights, helps to keep an eye on chopper and chaff spreader at night and manuevering. | |
