Scraper. To move dirt that far with a cat and if moving as much as it seems, you need a D10 plus for that kind of stuff to get anything done. Most farmers don't have the budget for that. A big scraper can get a lot done with a good sized tractor on it. Could you hire a motor scraper to come in for a couple days? You can really move some dirt with those.
