  It might make more of a difference where it is and who your bidding against.  for instance if it's close to town or a good place to start a business it will be worth more than farmers want to pay.  However much it is you should be able to match it and come out ok.  the value of having it close to you and a decent building makes it worth more than the land value or csr. I would guess somewhere in the 40 to 65 thousand range.  Thats figuring five thousand and acre for the land the rest for building and convenience
