NW Missouri | Either get something new enough to have a shuttle shift, or if that's out of your price range, go with a Case powershift. You can go from forward to reverse hydraulically without grinding any gears. After running Case tractors with loaders for years, I can't stand to drive a loader tractor that has to come to a complete stop to change direction. You may have noticed that with a loader, you have to change direction a fair amount.
